Shutdown the computer and turn off all power

Cut off the power to the control and main equipment, and display a warning sign that says "Maintenance is in progress. No closing".

Maintenance of optical systems

To remove oil and dust, use a dust-free rag dipped into a cleaner. Wipe the lens in a spiral motion from the center to the edges. To avoid scratches, blow away the large particles before tackling stubborn stains. Use an optical detector and check if the reflector or focusing mirror is firmly mounted. Adjust or replace them if they are abnormal. Apply a protective film to the laser output glass and clean it.

Maintenance of mechanical systems

Apply lubricating oils to the guides and sliders. This will ensure a smooth start up next time. If the thread of the screw is worn out, deformed, or loose, tighten it or replace it and lubricate. Adjust the belt tension with tools within the specified range. Replace it if the belt is worn out.

Electrical system maintenance

Repair or replace the circuit if it is damaged, aging, etc. and then organize the circuit. Replace aging or damaged electrical components. Detect working parameters and check the components. To ensure proper grounding, use a ground resistance test to measure it.

Maintenance of cooling systems

Add new coolant and be sure to check the liquid and concentration levels. Check that the impeller of the water-pump is working properly and then start up the pump. Check the pipe connections and fix any leaks.

Debugging and test operation

If there are no abnormalities, perform a functional check. Test run for 30 mins to detect any abnormalities. Cover the equipment with a dustcover and a desiccant and maintain maintenance records.
